What is Horotiwz Main Argument?

Canadians have long suffered in comparison with their American neighbors, an elaborate theory. At first, it seemed that the Dominion of Canada came from an arrangement put together in haste by pragmatic politicians reluctant to conceptual ideas. The union of 1867 was certainly not philosophical stature as the U.S. Constitution had gained under the intellectual authority of Jay, Madison and Hamilton.
