A consensual or victimless misdeed is a misdeed where all of those engaged to proceed give permission, and no third parties bear as a direct result. Governments may support producing these actions into misdeeds because of digressive consequences on third parties, or because of infringement to heritage norms, or because the regulation supposess that one of the parties to the activity is a "victim" regardless of his or her acquainted consent.
