In 771-221 BCE, early China, the Zhou Dynasty had just taken over. With them appeared a Chinese thinker and social philosopher that brought three main ideas that would change the thought and life of eastern China, he was Confucius. He believed filial piety was essential for balance between relationships. Moreover, humanness was fundamental for a fair government. He also brought the term Junzi to the eastern culture.
