The survey assesses the level of different variables in the organization such as adaptability, involvement of the work force, consistency in organization, and understanding of mission or aim of the company by its work force.
The survey is important for not only the organization, but also for its employees to understand that what the lacking variables are and in which part, the company needs to improve itself.
Question 2: What were your scores on that survey and how you interpret them? What were your peer scores (on you) and how you interpret them?
The scores on the survey, as completed by me, were 12, 9, 9, and 12 for mission, consistency, involvement, and adaptability respectively. It can be interpreted that the organization clearly has cultural strengths. These resources can serve the organization and support the target for weak areas.
The peer scores on my same assessment were 9, 7, 12, and 12 for mission, consistency, involvement, and adaptability respectively. It shows that the company needs to improve on its consistency level because the score is low for this part. It indicates that the company may have some strengths, but it has been occurred accidently rather than a cultural development within the organization.
