Introduction

AT&T Corporation (American Telephone and Telegraph) is a telecommunication company based in U.S. During its long history, AT&T has been, at times the largest telephone company in the world. The company provides audio, video, data and internet for businesses, customers and government agencies. In this paper, main focus will be on conducting the needs assessments, which includes identification of problems associated with the management of AT&T, how the problem was handled and what are the results. Recommendations will be given as to how this project can have remarkable outcome under different circumstances.
