The corrections that are made in the database or even in any written document, but it must be done on the basis of date and time. The proper usage of data and time helps the person who tries to maintain records accurately and he always ensures to keep the data updated for its better use. When the data is managed properly according to the date and time, so it not only helps that person who manages the record in a particular database, but it also proves to be very useful for the people who want to have an access to this record. This is the reason why today the software's are prepared in a way that has the application of date and time features. This is especially vital in industries like Hospital, Hotel, Banks, and Universities where the records of the people are maintained in a database to avoid any problem in the future. Talking about the hospitals, there is a proper database where the records of the patients are being maintained. Whenever the records are maintained of the patients, they are done on the basis of date and time. The patients must be advised of the existence of computerized database in which their medical information is stored. It is vital whenever there is a case of the documents or reports lost by the patients or when there is a need of maintaining medical history of the patients or when an individual personal record of the patients is maintained in the database in order to have a complete knowledge about the patients. Therefore, these are the main approaches which are followed by the Hospitals in the case of having computerized databases to record the information of the patients. The reason why computerized databases have become very important is the accuracy and reliability of data it provides to the patients. These days all the hospitals are having proper Database management system to record the data of the patients in a proper way. Normally, there are cases when the patients lose their reports or the prescription that was provided by the doctors. In that case, the existence of computerized database proves to be very useful for properly conveying the information about the patients. Therefore, these are the reasons due to which the patients are advised about the existence of computerized database.
