Introduction

Throughout their schooling, at specific times or permanently, in some specific fields, to some or all of them, many students may need accommodations educational, specific teaching methods, and / or reinforcement learning, previous, simultaneous or later to mainstream education (Faludi, 1973). The scope of education reinforcement or support extends to many situations in which students' educational needs - always specific needs and, ultimately, individualized, cannot be adequately met with the media mainstream education, which must be supplemented with some kind of intervention "extra". In a broader concept of education, education reinforcement or support must have as its object the attention of many needs quite common in all or nearly all students. Reinforcement and educational support to students understood in this context, the set of educational activities that complement, reinforce or enrich regular educational activities and principal. Some of these activities must be developed by the respective class teacher. Others are the responsibility of the Guidance Department (Etzioni, 1967).

Discussion & Analysis

The strengthening and educational support includes teaching processes that are not common in the mainstream classroom. It should not consist of more of the same, but in a specific way address educational needs. In this perspective, special needs themselves - who have students in inclusive settings, and are not considered common needs of all closed categories, separated with sharp boundaries and net. In fact, every student has their own needs. What happens is that some or many of the students' personal needs are, to a greater or lesser extent, similar to those of their peers, and provided, therefore, as "more normal" or "less special", while differentiated needs that affect fewer children are described as "very special". The special needs and considered, are in the continuum of educational needs in general and fail to refer exclusively to a particular group of students, as a separate category. These needs are, all of them, specific and individualized, ranging from the most general and common to the most unique and specific to certain students who are at the end of the continuum (Clark, Lotto & Astuto, 1989).

Mission Statement

The school will continue to face challenges and to implement elements of educational solutions to issues that arise. Given the transformation of the family and the labor market, the school must redefine its educational mission. In particular, the school will see the implementation of strategies that promote student retention, this study by the attendance of new models and the development of individualized curriculum.

The school must continue to work together with various community stakeholders to identify specific needs and respond. It will be necessary to ensure the implementation of mechanisms for the revision of the present mission statement.
