Phenomenological Research Approach

The phenomenological leads to know part of the lives of research participants and their own world, related to the phenomenon under study. For example, if the research topic is life of the people, focuses on how the experiences, meanings, emotions and situations in question are perceived, learned, designed or experienced.

However, an approach is considered very applicable in the field marketers, especially in studies of consumer behavior. The phenomenological approach must go beyond the surface of things to reflect upon the experiences of individuals in the world.

Research that neglects these aspects is of course not reflect all dimensions of this reality, and some would say that will capture at least telling it.
