Introduction

We have a case to study. In that case, it explains about the Martha Wang who is working in the organization named Herb's Garden Product. She is working over there as a Consumer Affairs Department of a company. She was comparatively a new employee as comparing to the other employees. She loved her job very job because for her, it was an admirable job. In the mean time, she faced an unfamiliar situation. One day Martha Wang received a call in Herb's Garden Product organization. In that call, the client is complaining about the product.

What decision does Martha face? What are some of her decision-making challenges?

Martha is at a very confusing state as she is not an experienced employee. Secondly she was scared from the situation that is prevailing at her office. Somehow Martha feels bad, as her soul is not fully satisfied, but she had to accept that is just a coincidence. The preceding task analysis began with the problems faced in the simplest decision-making systems, those involving single individuals grappling with their fate under conditions of certainty, with no attempt at formal analysis. It proceeded first to look at complications in the lives of such individuals and then to consider successive levels of complication within two-person and multi-person organizations. At each level, it sketched how problems arising in simpler circumstances are exacerbated or ameliorated and what unfamiliar problems arise. I know for Martha it was a new job. She was really confused by the situation that is occurring in the organization. Though she also not completely satisfied by the things, which is happening around the organization.

One involves looking at situations in much greater detail, such as designing a communications protocol or computer display for distributed decision making by a particular heterogeneous system. The second involves developing general design principles examining the interplay between individual and organizational behavior for use in lieu of detailed studies.
