The commerce clause authorizes Congress to regulate commerce in alignment to double-check that the flow of interstate commerce is free from localized restraints enforced by diverse states. When Congress deems a facet of interstate commerce to be in required of supervision, it will enact legislation that should have some genuine and reasonable relative to the subject of regulation. Congress may constitutionally supply for the issue at which topics of interstate commerce become topics of state regulation and, thus, state guideline (Cauthorn, 1995).
