Learning is one of the most important aspects necessary for human development. College and University Education are the major source of learning, which enhances and develops human personality.
The two main objective of studying and attending college is to gain experiences and learning that prepare them for the future. It is also a source to increase their knowledge. College also provides them certificates that act as a platform for further studies, which is of utmost importance. Individuals want a stable career that affects their lives and college acts as a great source to achieve this objective. To get a position in a leading university and then in a company, an individual needs to have a strong background with good college studies and learning. For a decent job, an individual require vast experience of how to manage and handle different things and how to manage people. This experience and learning could only be achieved by attending college. Individual finds it easy to get a job when he or she is a qualified individual (Freeman Butts, 1971).
An educated individual can carry out his work more efficiently and methodologically than an educated individual. The most important aspect of college includes interaction with different individuals, which make him or her understand human relationships and on how to interact with others. An individual also participates in various extracurricular activities which not only increases his confidence, but also furnishes an individual's skills (Heller, 2011).
Building relationship with others also go along the way as an individual learns to work in a group. They may also need these relationships to help them when they need help.

Bullying has become a crucial issue in educational institutes. Voices have been raised against these issues, but the issue is yet to resolve. The government recently claimed that he will solve the issue through the bill being passed in Senate. Although, the bill against bullying has been passed, but the problem still persists. Bullying can include taunting, intimidation and harassment. We want our young people to embrace, and many school districts have developed excellent programs to help kids understand the pain caused by bullying and the need to eliminate it from our schools (Unger, 2007).
The pressure from diverse groups led to a development when senate passed the bill against bullying. The bill has been sent to the House and it would require school districts and public school academies to adopt and implement a policy prohibiting bullying by students. But Senate Bill 137 is disturbing in that it includes substitute language that some claim could be used to justify bullying behavior.
