The public opposition to the thermo plants with coal, the greatest simple source of gases with greenhouse effect in the United States, takes the vapor with the coal-factory prohibited issued or contemplated in at least 13 states. But the new research published in ES&T (DOI 10.1021/es801729r) suggests that the prohibition of the coal factories returns only modest cut inside of the CO2 emissions all in clearly amplifying the price of electricity.
