Coaching

Introduction

Coaching is the process of training and teaching individuals. Its main goal is to provide proper guidelines to perform a certain task in a proper manner. Various methodologies, models, and structures of coaching were developed in order to improve the skills of coaches. There are several types of coaches depending on their attitude and style of coaching. They have the ability to make an impact on the lives of individuals by providing them fine experience.

Coaching is different from teaching as it involves changing the behaviour and attitude of clients while teaching involves imparting education. Coaches can be considered leaders because their qualities match those of leaders who lead by taking everyone into consideration.
