Introduction

In this paper, I am going to share my clinical observation on the role of the nurse. According to my clinical observation, the nurse has an obligation of assessing the needs of the patient and diagnoses. Nurse takes the initiative of patient's care, organize the implementation of treatment, gives guidance to the patients, provide childcare assistance and cooperate with the patients throughout their treatment.
