Classroom observation has become a significant educator growth constituent of customer-centric, which aspires to assist educators become meditative practitioners, boosting significant consideration and self-evaluation as a cornerstone for relentless discovering and investigation of teaching. One way to help the method of evolving a reflective educator is contribution of educators in the work of school room fact that have clear objectives. In this sense, the Classroom Observation task is to go in service and teaching educators methods and methods for study school room methods through a concentrated set of tasks. This task aspires to assist educators to discover their own education by discerning other educators in activity to have its own educating discerned class, rather than of supplying a fact investigation for evaluation.
Physical aspects
The classroom was big enough with rows of chairs (5 chairs in each row). I asked the teacher, how many students are there and she replied “10 to 15”. It was bright, airy and spacious; there was a projector placed at the roof top, speakers were also available and microphone for clear communication purposes. The teacher entered the classroom before hand and she was making her handouts ready, separating them and making them into pieces, may be for later use. She makes all adjustment before starting the lecture, she had a look at the overall class and then had a glimpse on the attendance sheet to confirm that everyone is present in the class.
Student level
It is a Pre intermediate level but teacher said, that she is going to distribute some intermediate materials today in her classroom, so that we get familiar to the intermediate level as well.

There were 3 boys in the classroom, she was asking about the other boys, from those who were present in the room . Boys were really not interested in listening to the teacher, they were busy in talking to eachother. Teacher was a bit nervous and shaky and it took some time for her to adjust.
Teacher was about to start the lecture when some other students, four in total entered the class. They started making noise soon after entering the room. It was 12:05pm they took 2 minutes to settle down as they were choosing who is going to sit with whom, now we are 9 in total. The teacher asked, about the next week class and also she spoke, regarding the last week's lecture. She asked, how did we enjoyed our weekends? She was also concerned who will be there in Christmas week for class, and four students raised their hands, saying that they would be present in the Christmas week. Then she spoke about the Christmas party and asked us, that who will bring food and who is going back to home for Christmas and who is going to their friends ...
