Court's Decisions and the Development of Civil Rights during the Course of American history

The movement of civil rights was a social movement for racial equality with the United States, the civil rights of Black people, widespread in the 1950s and 1960s and led to the abolition of the practice of racial segregation in the southern states and the U.S. Congress to adopt a number of laws to protect the rights of citizens. The development of civil rights started off after difference cases were filed regarding several social and human aspects. On the other hand civil rights movement was also on its peak which was non-violent; it was attended by representatives of both the white and black population. The main issue of the civil rights concept was based in the discrimination and segregation between blacks and whites. Beginning of the movement in the mid-1950s, when the black population of the southern states was indignantly perceived established practice of segregation (Jill, 2005). There are a lot of cases in American history which have been observed as shaping and turning the way in which court decisions have changed the civil rights.

First of all, it is, of course, freedom of the economic sphere from rigid state control and interference in the economy.
