Thesis Statement

The State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) was conceived by the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 (Public Law 105-33), under name XXI of the Social Security Act. The program presents government funding that states can use to elaborate wellbeing protection treatment to uninsured children living in families with earnings that is reduced but too high to be eligible for Medicaid.
