Catriona that is very interesting question, I have identified something similar. Evidence based practice (EBP) roam around the decisions formulation on how to offer the best health care services by means of integrating appropriate skills and resources and relevant evidence. It takes account of the references, characteristics, values and needs of the patients. EBP is carried out in a manner, which it conform to the environment and organization in question. Evidence may take in information collected from results of reliable studies, which make use of data collected by means of methods like observation and experimental methods. The project aim is to answer Catriona question regarding the role of Nurse Researcher to encourage, support and facilitate evidence based practice.

Evidence based practice (EBP) is employed the gap between the practice and the research being conducted, this gap may include Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified; and by the use of best evidence obtainable to assist in making clinical decision making. The scientific process that refines and validates accessible knowledge and creates new knowledge, which indirectly and directly has an influence on the nursing practice, is known as nursing research (Zhang & Theng, 2011: 229-236).

Being a nurse researcher is not an easy job; it requires academic qualification and experience in the scientific inquiry process. Such process is subsequently mingled with the nurse's already ascertained clinical expertise and experience. A nurse researcher is a registered nurse who has a strong medical background and obtains a doctoral level education in order to carry out a research.
