The Constitution system of the United States is based on the Presidency, Congress, and the Judiciary that makes up the branch of the government. The government of the United States presents a system of the Separation of Powers that is persuaded by the Enlightened French philosopher Montesquieu. The “Balance of Power” has been analysed in the starting three articles presented in the Constitution of the United States. This “Balance of Power” is also termed as the “Checks and Balances”.
