The process of managing change in an organization is the progression of activities and measures that a squad and executives would purse to apply change management to a certain activity or in an organization as a whole. Procedure of change management takes account of three steps: getting prepare for change (stratagem growth), running alteration (comprehensive preparation and execution) and last step is supporting change environment. Change is much in substantiation for the Human Resource unit as it looks to support its arrangement with the growing industry surroundings (Thomas, 2009).
