Duties of Designers

No designer is allowed to work that is related to a project if the client is not aware of it.

Every designer should keep in mind the health and safety risks related to a person when starting or altering a design that is to be used in production

The designer should eliminate any hazards that may give a rise to any risks, and if not possible then ensure to reduce the risks of the remaining hazards. When doing such tasks mass measures are to be given priority over individual measures.

When designing any structure that is to be used as a working environment the designer should follow the Health, Safety and welfare regulations that are related to the design of the structure.

The designer is required to take all the necessary steps that give sufficient amount of information about the aspects that are related to the design, construction and maintenance of the project that will allow assistance to clients, fellow designers and contractors.

Duties of Contractors

No contractor is allowed to work that is related to a project if the client is not aware of it.

Every contractor when planning, managing or monitoring a construction project that might be carried out by him or is under his supervision must ensure that it is being agreed without any health and safety hazards.

Every contractor must make sure that any contractor that is being appointed by him or is engaged in a project in turn of him is to be knowledgeable about the least amount of time duration that is allowed to him for the arranging and preparing before the initial start of the construction project.

Every contractor has to provide every worker sufficient information and training along with the possible risks involved that is required for a task that is to be carried out in a construction project

Project contractors only have enough ability to communicate with subordinates, superiors equal exchange is even more important, especially for lower-level exchanges.

Every contractor has to provide health and safety training to every working in the construction project.

No work at the construction site is to be started by the contractor without prior confirmation that the site is being prevented access to unauthorized person

Every contractor must make sure that the demands of the construction are being fulfilled throughout the project.

The voice of the masses from the most basic, the most original voices, especially the voice of the opposition of the masses, a project manager if no opinion of subordinate employees enough analysis to understand that his administration must power management, and will also caused discontent of the workers, the consequences will also repeat the mistakes of those who resented in the history of our country.
