Earlier, one of the employees from R&D department mentioned earlier that there is still need of more testing in order to fine tune the product characteristics in order to eliminate unexpected defects that may occur during production of the plastic containers. Another player Director of manufacturing supported this decision by mentioning that new material should be tested further so that the container might not be cracking during production.
Director of marketing oppose the decision and said that already a lot of amount has been invested in the testing phase and it's better that the company should start the production. Finally the CEO of the company took the decision and ordered to start the production by stating that the company should the production of plastic containers with the new material and if some problem arises, the same will be dealt during the production.
