Conclusion

Ellen Farber was suffering from a critical phase of life. She has been declared bankrupt which was because of her luxurious life style and fewer resources. Her income was not enough to support her standard of living, which was because of the distressing fact, the loneliness. However, this loneliness was because of her inactive social circle and relationships. Thus, to reduce the loneliness phase of her life, she used to treat herself luxuriously. She used to get depress because of no social circle and lack of friends and family, she started overeating (Paris, 1993, Pp. 350-389). Though, this is not a disorder, but this was the add on in her depression because she was gaining weight and the after effect of this was the obesity (Hall et.al, 2002, Pp. 567-590). She has reduced her weight some time back, and now gaining weight and extra pounds were also the cause of depression. On the other hand, to fulfill her needs she does not have any resource, so she started playing with different tactics in the bank and extracted money from there to overcome her needs. When these spurious tactics were put forward her employer, she was fired from the job. Ultimately, she was declared bankrupt, and she did not have any resource to pay back her debts (Busfeild, 2011, Pp. 99-110). These facts revived her childhood depressing facts and her family negative attitude towards her. The overeating and sweet consumption will result in obesity and diabetes. On the other hand, the lot of depression and hypertension might welcome the attack of migraine. The level of function that the patient attainted at the time of assessment is 45, i.e. she is suffering from moderate system, facing serious impairment in the social and professional life (Dyer, 1995, Pp. 345-390).

The patient is suffering from premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Axis 2

Depressive disorder; Premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Axis 3

The patient may suffer from the headache, skin disease, fatigue and anxiety. Axis 4

The trauma from which the patient has recently suffered from is her some family health issues. She is overly protected for her child, and the principal of her child did something wrong and unjust towards him, which she was not able to tolerate. Axis 5

Conclusion

The disease she is suffering from, the Premenstrual dysphoric disorder has outcomes like liable mood, irritability, anger and other symptoms supporting it. However, the family situation and the pressure of financing the family and other health care problems with them have drove her into this stage.
