This case is about a girl Elizabeth which was kidnapped at the age of 14 by Brian David Mitchell in the night at Salt Lake. He used to rape her every night and that his wife was also involved in the kidnapping. Lawyers of Mitchell were defending him for not guilty by reason of insanity. They were saying that their client was mentally ill that's why he kidnapped and raped the girl. (Smart, 2010)
