On War by Carl Von Clausewitz is indubitably the most significant single effort ever inscribed on the subject-matter of war. His inscriptions are of great magnitude not just for their genuine subject-matter but for the reason that they have carried out immense effort to persuade more or less all succeeding armed forces philosophers. I completely agree with his “On War” hypothesis.
