Introduction

The assignment will answer questions of six steps organisations consider while issuing bonds, answer of leasing as a finance option instead of traditional equity and debt financing. The different types of leasing will be defined, and then the discussion of short-term borrowing and long-term financing will be done. The primary sources of equity financing will be mentioned and the different steps of capital budgeting process are mentioned. The last question answer is the three methods of discounted cash flow.
