Introduction

ER Enterprises, an estate of the art firm that is in search for a contractor who will conduct training for the first line supervisors and the team leaders. The firm is in urgent need of person who possesses all the qualities that are essential for the post. The training consists of five day in which the classes will be conducted for forty hours. There will be a total of six hundred people in the training program; they will be distributed in a group of twenty five students per class.

In this training the students will be taught, how to communicate efficiently in business through their writing. In business writing the usage of words are very concise, the structure of sentences use active voice in particular while the writing of a new idea or concept. Oral Communications

This is one of the most feared forms of business communications. In this method students will be taught methods for effective oral communication. The training will teach the student of how to propose himself as in a positive manner.

Listening

In this training the students will learn an effective technique about communication, In business it is essential to listen to the idea of others for effective communication.

Non-Verbal Media and Visual Presentations

It is rightly said; “That a picture is worth even more than a thousand words”. The students will be taught methods of creating effective visual presentations, so when proposal is presented in front of a group of colleagues, they clearly understand the idea of the proposal.
