Business Description

"Starbuck" is a café and will start out as partnership, owned by its founders. Starbuck, soon to be located in the shopping mall in city commercial area, with a purpose mainly provide healthy and newfangled food, and quality service to customers. This business will operate 7 days a week, from 7am to midnight. Starbuck café principally base on western style light meal, such as pastry, snack, cakes, coffer and beverage

Executive Summary

The Starbuck is a full-service restaurant/cafe located in the Thailand. The restaurant features a full menu of moderately priced "comfort" coffee influenced by thailand coffee traditions. The cafe section of Starbuck features a coffeehouse with a dessert bar, magazines, and space for live performers.

Starbuck will be owned and operated by Starbuck LLC, a Georgia limited liability corporation managed by David N. Patton IV, a resident of the Empowerment Zone. The members of the LLC are David N. Patton IV (80%) and the Historic District Development Corporation (20%).

This business plan offers financial institutions an opportunity to review our vision and strategic focus. The loan will be collateralized by the assets of the company, and backed by the character, experience, and personal guarantees of the owners.
