The company has been providing customers with the finest quality cookies and biscuits for several years. The success factors must be defined properly by the owner which would help him to set guidelines for the work. In this way, proper criteria will be formed to achieve a satisfactory level of performance in their operations. It is important for the person who wants to open up a bakery store to take care of the aspect of generating capital to start up the business. We must make sure that he has enough finance and the ability to bear the initial costs of the business. We can even borrow money from external sources if not having enough money to generate from its own sources. Cynthia's Kitchen cookies and biscuits limited plans to expand its storefront in order to sell directly to the public in a more effective and convenient way.
