This paper presents the business plan for the '15-30 Fast-Food Restaurant'.

Discussion

In the highly competitive environment of present-day, it is becoming more and more intricate to distinguish one fast-food restaurant from the other (Smith & Siguaw, 2011). '15-30 Fast-Food Restaurant' is a unique restaurant that cater the customers of the present day who do not like to, or do not have enough time to wait, rather waste their time in restaurants or at home waiting for food to be served or delivered at their door-step respectively. Due to the hectic life of today's world people like to do multi-tasking, which is doing multiple chores simultaneously (Blerkom, 2008). Therefore, they prefer to eat and consume meals that are prepared quickly and served to their home/desk/table (delivery at their home / delivery at their office / delivery at their table within the restaurant).

Overview of the organization structure:

'15-30 Fast-Food Restaurant' employs a unique concept that requires extensive application and understanding of food processing and supply chain concepts. The fast-food restaurant '15-30' has developed a distinct model of business, which increases the sales and promotes the restaurant brand through the use of its serving-time model, which is as suggested by its name fifteen (15) and thirty (30). Both the numbers fifteen and thirty signify for the time in which the food would be delivered to the customers. The first number '15' symbolizes the fifteen-minute duration in which the food would be delivered in-front of the customer who is dining in the restaurant premises and the customers of take-away window. The second number '30' symbolizes the thirty-minute duration in which the food would be delivered to the door step of the customer order on phone and/or online.

The '15-30 Fast-Food Restaurant' would be lead by a Chief Executive Officer, who would report to the investors and founders that would make up the BoD (Board of Directors). The HR department, Food Department, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) would be overseen by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
