This paper is directed towards creating a business plan for contract service to provide release of information services. We will be making a business plan that will consist of the description of service, operational plan for our department and the financial plan for the costs service which our department is using.
Description of the Service
The service provides a scanner that it uses to scan the documents, send them to their home office, and mail them from there. They also provide a PC. Our facility pays for all postage for non-billable accounts. The details of payment are illustrated in the financial plan. Scanning of Documents in order to digitize them has become a business on its own. We specialize in scanning of large volume of documents by using high quality, high speed scanners, and have qualified and experienced staff for the preparation and scanning of documents and reducing the total cost of digitization to our clients
