The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant facts and techniques that are required to articulate a business plan. In this paper, we have developed a business plan for our “Coffee House”, the primary purpose of articulating this business plan is to attract the venture capitalist to invest in our project. The coffee industry in developed countries is generally perceived as prosperous and uneventful. However, the coffee trade may well be growing in countries developed consumer, the producer prices fell at a disaster in countries where coffee production is an important economic activity and cause to such countries and their farmers in serious trouble. In the context of WTO negotiations, the Organization will seek the elimination of tariffs and other barriers to coffee in all its forms, and it will do the same agricultural products originating from developing countries.
