Business is known that commercial life is full of risk. Co-operation of people or small businesses constitutes big companies and businesses. Owning a business has lots of advantages and disadvantages. I can classify business in six basic forms such: sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, s-corporations, and franchises.

But in this research paper I would like to mention you three kind of business are sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporation.
