This paper is describing the outcomes in detail about the development I came under through the help of this course. The course Business policy management is one of the most capstone courses of the prospectus of business administration (Baer, 2006).

These all could be possible after I have learn and now been able to analyze the strength and weaknesses of any organizations with the help of certain analytical tools like ratio analysis, diffusion of innovation theory, portfolio analysis, and other less formal techniques. My learning outcome seems to be matched with the learning objective which my instructor had with this course. He had an objective that I must be able to learn to analyze the organization's competitive environment with the help of driving forces theories and also to develop position maps. Learning objective also followed with the set of analysis of the organization's remote environment that is included with the usage of certain economic business cycle (Brown, 1986).

The learning experience in this course has brought such an overwhelming level of critical insights on the subject who has changed the perspective that I had on the learning environments and their effects on business learning. I experienced a dramatic change in the way I perceived the business policies, business and their environments. I also learned how the learning experience can be optimized by focusing on the variables involved in the experience. It is amazing how certain changes, even of small magnitude, can have such a significant effect on the outcome of these activities. The process of learning, like teaching, is a sensitive one which can be affected by a multitude of factors, positively and negatively. The effects of the environment also have critical effects on the effectiveness of the whole learning experience (Arthur, 2003).
