In this study we try to explore the concept of “Business Law” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Business Law” and its relation with “employee health and safety”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Business Law” and tries to gauge its effect on “employee health and safety”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Business Law” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Business Law” on “employee health and safety”.

Do safe work environment increases productivity of the organization?
Introduction
Business law encompasses the various aspects of the business in general. It addresses the various forms of enterprise, the need for registration, management and staff of the company, the legal personality of different companies, the contract, funding and accountability to third parties, and so on. The site of business law is to inform entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs, business executives, corporate staff and other interested persons on the general knowledge of law revolving around the company. The business world is becoming more complex, so it is important to know the legal impacts in specific situations (Taubitz, 2010).
In this paper we will be discussing the legal issues of employee related to business. Employee health and safety is one of the most important legal issues which are faced by organizations. It is necessary that the organization should take care of the employee's health and safety practices. The Employees Health and Safety Act 1947 also ensured that employees should be provided health and safety at work. It also ensures provision of health and safety for anyone who is being affected by work activities.
Violation of law against health and safety practices
A similar process can be used when addressing employees who violate safety practices. In most cases, such an encounter should go beyond simply telling the employee to correct his/her unsafe behavior. Initiating a discussion and asking the right questions may lead to understanding the reason for the violation that is not immediately obvious. Consider this example: An SH&E professional observes an employee using a knife to open boxes. He is not wearing cut-resistant gloves, even though a coworker suffered a cut the previous week from performing the same operation without gloves (Harter, 2006). The SH&E professional knows that the incident was discussed in the safety meeting with all employees, and wearing gloves is a requirement that was reinforced in the meeting and is enforced by the supervisor. The supervisor is not immediately available. How should the SH&E professional handle this situation by following the law? Consider these two approaches:
