Introduction

Broadly speaking, business law refers to the laws that apply to business entities, such as partnerships and corporations. For the moment, QuizLaw has focused on the laws relating to setting up and creating such a business. Business law, also called commercial law or mercantile law, the body of rules, whether by convention, agreement, or national or international legislation, governing the dealings between persons in commercial matters (Cheeseman, 2007).
