Business Ethics traces its origins in Normative Ethics and refers to the same ethical standards and moral values that traditional ethics resort to. Ethics when applied to business guides managers in distinguishing what is right or wrong with relation to the organization, stakeholders and the society in general. It should be noted that business ethicists are usually less interested in the foundations of ethics or in the principles of ethical principles; however, ethical business managers are more concerned with practical issues and any specific obligation or practice that may apply to an economic activity.
