ABSTRACT
As literature on corporate governance in the context of social responsibilities is extremely broad, and there are various interesting aspects to explore, but the information will only be provided on issues regarding environment, zero wastage, improving carbon efficiency, reducing noise, Co2 emission, working hours and child labour related to British Airways. The issues of corporate governance were highlighted that gave rise to corporate social responsibility situation of the British Airways. This was followed by a description of British Airways, including their history, business, financial information, community, market place, work place, Human resource, responsibility procurement and their current and future strategies and also by discussing the stakeholder's influences in the current market. CSR in the society makes companies identify the alternations, research their influence on the company's aims and ways of their realization, integrate them into the chain of the value for consumers creation and proposal. Therefore, all these issues have been discussed in detail in this topic.
