Sleep is a natural part of every individual's life. Studies have shown that an individual spends one-third of his life sleeping. Sleep was, for Shakespeare, the "balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course, and chief nourisher in life's feast."
Most of the adults need a normal sleep for eight hours every night. Though, not every individual enjoys it. According to a survey, about 40 million people in the U.S. suffer from sleep problems every year (www.fda.gov). Men and women have their own natural reasons for it.
