The work is based on AXIO (Special Works) limited. It includes four stages that are needed to be completed by taking this company. The four stages are characterized as introduction, review of the accounting system, weaknesses and recommendations and Cost Benefit Analysis. These are stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 and stage 4 respectively.

Stage one of the report answer questions including who are the company, where are they based, how long have they been operating, how have they developed over time, how are they structured, who are their customers, who are the employees, how does the accounts function operate, how is it structured, who are the key personnel, what are their primary job roles and what systems are currently in operation.

Stage two of the report covers areas including the record keeping systems, the purpose of financial reports and, the suitability of the organization's widespread reports. Furthermore, this stage also identifies how internal control supports the accounting system and the types of internal control in place, and any controls that are missing. Further it discusses causes of fraud, common types of fraud, methods used to detect fraud and potential areas for fraud within the organization. Moreover, the report identifies how training is or can be used to support staff.

Stage three of the report identify weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stage four of the report provides a cost and benefit analysis.

Introduction

AXIO special work is the company that provides services for the building purpose. The company is based in Sussex. The company's expertise are in education environment where it provides services of building works completing. It is one of the core objectives of the company to provide expert services to the client on time. The organization came into existence in April 2004. The organization's structure is such that it employs supervisors who are dedicated and operative, who additionally are employed by managing director.
