The strength of my company is its environment and people working jointly with a common purpose in mind i.e. to maintain number one position in logistic industry. Our unique methods, procedures and equipment, are a key source of my company; however, my company valuable assets are its employees. Business leadership is a business discipline which is run by my company for approximately two years. It does consist of multiple job and assignment rotations. This discipline prime focus is to assigned both operational and functional area of business to help the participant to gain more and more experience. This program is designed with a purpose of providing structured career development that consists of specific job requirement, corporate training colleges, certification of leaderships and key performance indicators related to each allotted assignment. Feedback mechanism is very much focused to get the appropriate feedback at right and actual time. The key purpose of this program is to develop our graduates in such a way that they can get good positions in the market. Our main aim is to coach and nurture them in such a way that they can better understand our logistics industry. Provide them with complete knowledge and skills about UPS charter, cultural values and norms. This discipline is designed in such a way that its offer both internal and external training workforce, enabling to create a workplace complete with fairness and respect among employees. Our company main focus is our workforce with enables my company to achieve all desired targets. Entry requirement for this program is the graduate degree with CGPA of 2.2 or above full driving license graduate can be of any specialties, graduate must have optimal IQ level, he or she must be flexible in nature, ability to relocate themselves, excellent communication skills, complete dedication to the work assigned, ability to work on their own, belief in their own skills, must be flexible and cooperative to work as a part of a team.
