Introduction

This project is to evaluate a restaurant in their service, food, decor, furniture to name a few. However, mostly it comes to comparing them with the knowledge gained in the field of food & beverage in the not to make mistakes in our work performance. In this case we selected the Lunch Restaurant that operates with hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm (Harrison, 2003).

Observation

This is a restaurant specializing in Mexican food with a family atmosphere, a feature to note is the open kitchen in view of the diner can see before sitting down. The Mexican Restaurant aims to provide quality food in a relaxed atmosphere for those seeking a break between home and work. It is all about the providing food that builds customer loyalty and intimacy that structures Mexican Village Restaurant' brand image (Harrison, 2003).

Here are the positives and negatives that were detected during our visits to that site. As can be seen in the images lunches has an excellent location as it is in a corner of a crowded area and easily accessible, it has its own parking this is of great importance to most people. Its facade draws the attention of people in yellow and orange for sites own food, causing appetite as psychology. At the entrance we can see that has a ramp for the disabled, this feature is important because not all restaurants have it. Upon entering you may notice a family atmosphere, warmth, Mexican marimba music, good lighting and has balconies with wooden doors around the restaurant allowing ventilation to the place. Like the facade walls are orange, has details according to the time as can be seen in the picture below (Miller, 1992).

Violation

I was lucky, because I wanted to book on Sunday for the visit and I got the requested table which was close as possible to the entrance. However, when we reach there as a customer to look at the restaurant we came to know that there is no reservation for us. However, I explained to the gentleman with whom I spoke, we went with an older person with walking difficulties. The gentleman asked me a contact number and I even asked as if we were with child shopping. The surprise comes when we present all on Sunday at 12.30 to eat, and the lady who serves us tells us first that we had no reservation. Finally, the head over there told us that he is going to solve our problem and when would get into the next table it was 1pm. However, when leaving, there were also several people that had done the same case (Harrison, 2003).

However, they have theme that was similar to Mexican Village restaurant specialize in organic drinks, and healthy appetizers and snacks of both Mexican. However, there were some serious flaws that turned out to be with a very important thing. I came across the menu which included the Arabian food as well for the customers.
