Engraving

ASD artists first convert your logo into a 2D and 3D image using a combination of stock and custom designs. Our designs range from the regular 2D special fonts, borders, and designs, to the complicated 3D designs like human faces, animals, and landscapes. The combination of skill, talent, and experience allows the artist to transform the image into either Finished Products* or Master Molds** with the help of classic conventional tools and CNC machines. This process allows us to turn regular retail products into high-end customized pieces. Suarez Metal Arts Technology is able to mass produce customized molds full of detail and only at a fraction of the time since there is no need to outsource to Taiwan or Japan for mold processing.

Finished Products are created using the method to carefully cut lines on the finished item creating cleanly cut recessed letters, words, or designs. These areas can then be filled with color. Finally, a protective coating is then applied to make sure it lasts a lifetime.

In the creation of Master Molds, engravers use the method to create the intricately designed custom molds with the help of the machines and are then finished off by hand. This ensures a precise mold with the artist's personal touch and detail. These molds are used to create the special customized product desired by our customers.

Metal Stamping

A computer-generated 2D and 3D image customized to your company's logo is first converted into a mold through the engraving method. With machines that use tons of force, metal sheets are then stamped on the mold one at a time to create your individualized metal insignia and memorabilia. Skilled ASD metal crafters finally finish off the product by hand. This process allows us to make fine impressions on a sheet material with a maximum of 3/16-inch thick. Pins, coins, keychains, seals, pendants, and many other items are produced through this method.
