This article examines the correlation between the various styles of conflict management and leadership styles of executives in middle and large scale industries. In this research, two measurement scales were used for each of the two styles discussed. The results of this study was that the most preferred leadership style was the missionary leadership, while in the appeasement conflict style was preferred the most among executives (Limbare, 2012).
