Teaching is etymologically, the action to "guide out", that is to say, develop, to produce. It means now the most common learning and development of physical, psychological and intellectual means and results of this development activity. Teaching includes human skills and cultural elements of geography and characteristics of the historical period. Every country in the world has its own teaching system, with a traditional role of parents of a child (or their substitute) to bring this child to the ways of adulthood, and often increasing intervention of States. Teaching is seen as an important part of people development, hence the development of a right to teaching. A good teachingal system is a major advantage. The PISA aims to measure the performance of teaching systems in member countries of the OECD, and developing international comparisons. Conversely, private teaching will be considered a serious handicap. According to UNESCO, in 2008, twenty-eight million children were deprived of teaching because of armed conflict (May, Aikman, 2003). The Teacher in the teaching system should act as an agent of change and challenges intrinsic commitments to enable it to fully strive to find himself and to design the way to teach and guide teaching. The act of teaching becomes an action and higher vital for building and training of the life of men with an attitude capable of insisting on finding ways and techniques to improve the curriculum process and to ensure their continued personal and professional improvement. This must comply with very important for their role and this generator actions innovation and teachingal development can consciously and creatively participate in the development and implementation of teachingal projects. A developer, consultant, facilitator, and researcher with the learner and the community at large favorable changes in teachingal structures raised by teaching, based primarily on the design of a learner with a comprehensive development. Teaching provided by the teacher should give the student awareness of the role and the role it is playing and should play within their social group allowing the self-assembly of individual values ??social and cultural groups (May, Aikman, 2003).
