The report card correspond a student's performance. It is a progress report that is offered periodically. In this paper, I will be talk about a physician's report card. A physician's report card provides you to evaluate quality, determine performance, community reporting, and shows acknowledgment. I will also talk about why I feel their report card is fair and balanced.
