Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to make an analysis on the statement that is cell phone dangerous. There are contradictory statements on this issue. Many researchers claim that there are not any dangers of cell phones. On the other hand, there are many researchers and health professionals who claim that there are no dangers of cell phones. Thus, this paper is a complete analysis of the statement that whether cell phones are dangerous or not.

Cellular is a source of electromagnetic fields of ultrahigh frequency (UHF). The main elements of a cellular network are Base Transceiver Station (BS) and mobile telephones (cordless phones). The intensity of the electromagnetic field created by the BS to the populated area at ground level does not exceed the maximum permissible values. Hygienically significant levels of electromagnetic fields can be observed only in the immediate vicinity, at a distance of 3-5 m from the antennas of BS. But due to reflections of electromagnetic fields it is possible to detect them in rooms and on the balconies of the upper floors of buildings, which are located on the BS antenna, as well as in the upper floors of buildings the building line within 200-300 m from the BS (Ally, 2009). Hence, we can say that the health of residents whose homes are located at a distance from the antenna base stations, and even more so, from whom they may have installed directly on the roofs of buildings, the potential is still threatened by prolonged exposure to electromagnetic fields. Experiments on cats and rabbits have shown that RF fields of low intensity, without causing overheating of tissues, are able to make minor changes in the nerve cells.
