At most importantly, it comprises of the actual work and its related terms, moving onwards it involves all the related technology, along with this time required is one of a very basic concern in this perspective and along with this how different tasks will be correlated with each other is also concerned. In order to have a proper and a structured construction plan, budget and schedule are two important key elements that should be considered at utmost consideration so that further problems can be easily eliminated. Until or unless a proper plan along with proper implementation techniques is not properly prepared, a construction plan can never be developed. Therefore, key factors behind a goo construction plan are to have a proper and allocated budget along with implementation techniques. Along with this, another important key element is to cope up with all the members who are involved in making that particular project a great success because without their mutual understanding as well as cooperation, a good construction plan can never be built. Therefore, a proper dealing method should be applied for all the contractors as well as subcontractors in order to generate effective as well as potential outcomes (Raven, 2001, pp.45).

For me, planning is an essential key element and it is one of the foremost duties of a project manager as well. One of the main reasons behind its importance is the outcome. If a proper plan is implemented along with proper facts and figure, a good as well as a viable project can be accomplished and it will eventually generate effective outcomes (Raven, 200, pp.45).

One of the most important steps is pre-construction planning ad it required a lot of attention as well. Various important things are to be highlighted in this perspective. How to execute the project, how to locate it, how to assess it and in the end how to implement it. These important things are to be highlighted at early stages so that proper outcomes can easily be generated. Another important element is safety which should be highlighted when looking at pre planning elements. For workers, contractors and sub-contractors, one of a basic thing is to make sure every individual is being provided with proper working environment so that best possible outcomes can easily be generated.

A project is termed to be incomplete until or unless proper and adequate safety and health related measures are not properly accomplished.
