Introduction

I am interested to apply for Masters of Public Administration Program (MPA) offered by the Baruch College: The City University of New York. This essay is submitted in partial fulfillment of the admission requirement of the school (Baruch College, 2012). I have been working in various nonprofit organizations, and have aims to use my MPA degree in improving my job performance.

This essay describes one of the most important challenges (communicating with people), which is faced by my organization. I also discuss that how the proposed program of study (MPA) will provide me assistance in overcoming this challenge.
