How Apple's business strategy helps in the development of competitive advantage
Apple's effective business strategy helps it in the development of new products and services in the organization and the company maintains the quality of its products which helps it maintain its competitive advantage over its competitors. It is pertinent to note that one issue which can prove to mark the success or decline of the company's products is the quality of the goods it manufactures for its consumers (Bacal, 2004, pp. 106).
Apple's brand places special focus upon the quality of its products, and takes measures to rectify mistakes as soon as they are identified in order to avoid dilemmas and consumer dissatisfaction. Apart from that, it is because of the diversity, uniqueness and quality of Apple's products that people are willing to pay a higher price for them since they know that they will not find the same products and services anywhere else in the world. The company, however, makes sure that it does not increase costs too much while it still maintains its differentiation levels, which result in enabling ...
